Why there has been no proof of collusion with Russia YET.

There's been a lot of talk this week about why there has not yet been any collusion shown in the Russian investigation. My sense is that Robert Mueller knows that the President will take some desperate action when he realizes that the noose is tightening so Mueller has to make it impossible for them to remove him without further implicating the President and his administration. The only way to do this is to bring the hammer down all at once so he's likely holding back the biggest pieces of what he has been working on in order to release it at once.
